If you need further assistance or have a different inquiry, click on the chat bubble to interact with the Global Service Desk directly. Before you begin chatting, be sure to:
- Report the Issue to your Team Lead
- Gather the following information:
- What is the issue?
- When did the issue start?
- Screenshot of the error
- What is the level of impact to your work?
- Has any troubleshooting been done?
- If possible also gather the following information (at the top right of your screen):
- Username (eg jsmith02) - this is the name you use to log into Superpunch
- Computer name (eg WPG4-AB12)
- Open up the chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen and begin chatting with the Service Desk Team
